Review: L'Oreal Elnett Heat Protect Styling spray

L'Oreal Elnett Heat Protect styling spray here

I've been meaning to try this Styling spray for a while now. I actually added it onto my Tesco Groceries order, without my boyfriend noticing. Unfortunately, they delivered the Straight version when I ordered the curly one. But, I thought it should still do the job. It comes in straight, curly and volume.
Last week I purchased a pair of straighteners. You may have seen in my previous post, that it was a big deal for me. I didn't use heat on my hair, expect for a a hair dryer for 4 years, so I thought I better get myself some heat protection. The spray helps keep my hair feeling sleek and styled. I have naturally curly hair but goes frizzy as soon as I walk out the door. With a bit of help of some other products and this, my hair no longer does that. This keeps my hair in curls/waves, which I create with my new straighteners. I think I'll try the sleek version once i have ran out of this, but I love it none the less.
I actually ordered this on a 2 for £10 deal with a big bottle of hair spray. I'm not sure why i got the hair spray as I'm not really able to use it. It makes me come out in big rashes, gives me a sore throat and makes me struggle to breath. Not one of my finest moments trying to use it again. I thought maybe I wouldn't be as bad, but no it left me with a lovely rash and even my dogs were sneezing. That was including my dog Dave, the Staffy. As, Toby sneezes at pretty much anything and has hay fever.

I did have high hopes for this product as if I ignore the fact that the hairspray does what it does to me, it holds hair styles so well.

Another thing I like about the the styling spray, is in fact the spray. It's really light and makes it easier to to apply without either drenching your hair in product or not putting on enough.

If you are looking for a new heat defence product or styling spray, I would definitely give this a go.

Change of subject a little, but I would love it if you went over to Company's website and nominated me in either Best Designed Blog/Best us of Photography. I'm really not sure which category I fit under and I don't think I have the best photos or even design. But I'm in the mood recently, to just try anything. I've just spent ages nominating all my favourite bloggers and you can nominate how many times you like, which is great as I have so many favourites.

Let me know if you vote for me, I'd be very much grateful.

I've been using the 'waves' one (though want to get my hands on a volume one) and love it. Interesting to see that the straight one still kept your curls in though!
