My desk space

I'm finally happy with my desk space. I try to keep to a theme. I love white walls (and if you have been to my house you would pick that up pretty easy).

Giveaway

I've just reached 500 GFC Followers this week, so I thought I would do a Giveaway as a little thank you. I was a little un-sure on what to give away...

Stella

I previously mentioned in this post that I purchased 'Stella by Stella McCartney' in a box set in the Boots sale. I've been meaning to get this perfume ever since I smelt it - which I think could possibly be a good few years ago now...

New in: Newlook wedge boots

I've been wanting to purchase these boots from Newlook but since going back to my local store to purchase them they have only had size 6's which my big feet will not squeeze into. Whilst having a look for them I saw these wedge style boots.

Review: Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish

I finally brought the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish. I really don't know what has took me so long. With so many amazing reviews on the product I really wanted to try it myself. This is also my first Liz Earle product.

Primark purchases - August

Deep plum Super soft skinny jeans - £12

Dip dye sweater - £8

Studded pocket top - £8
Spike double chain necklace with skulls - Around £5

Pink/gold chevron necklace - £4 reduced to £2
Pointed gold detail shoes - £8 Black loafers - £6

Slipper boots - Around £5

I went to Primark yesterday, after not going for what seems like months. Their summer clothes didn't really appeal to me so I'm glad they have all their knitwear back out. My favourite pieces were the dip dye sweater which was only £8 and the shoes. The pointed shoes are very like what Topshop had in last season. I brought a perspex pair but got them in the wrong size and they sold out so they were sold on Ebay. These are very similar. They also had some shoes similar to Topshop's studded vectras but even though my nude pair are battered they didn't look as good quality. Obviously, they woudln't be for the price but they are a perfect alternative to Topshop.  I also loved all the spike jewellery. Their jewellery is really nice again as well as their handbags. I also got a blouse which I haven't took a photo of - as I think it was in my sisters bag. But, if you haven't been to Primark for a while, do. They have some lovely things in.

Rare paisley sequin wrap dress

Rare paisley Sequin wrap dress - £45 ASOS

Again, I've been a bit absent from the blog. I've been trying to juggle working in the shop, working in my office job, sleeping and a bit of shopping. It's my boyfriends birthday on Thursday so I've been searching for something nice as it's his 21st. Finally decided what I'm getting him and made a quick order this morning with next day delivery. Hopefully he will like it - because I do. I keep trying to persuade him to let me buy a baby rabbit. So he is probably thinking that is what I am buying him for his birthday. It has crossed my mind.

I needed to get something to wear for his party at the weekend so went searching through Asos and fell in love with this Rare dress. If you have me on twitter/instagram you may have seen me post the embellishment cami from Topshop which I was planning on wearing with a black skater skirt. But it was sold out online and in stores so I went for a sequin dress instead. I'm going to get myself a (another) black blazer from Newlook to pair with it, as it's so cold at the moment and it's August.
The dress was in the sale for £45 and with the extra 10% off sale code it was about £41. Hopefully it looks as pretty as it does on the website. I will hopefully post pictures once it arrive and at the weekend.

Now I'm off to the shop after finishing work early to pick up my camera wires so I can upload some photos. I did a bit of shopping with my sister yesterday. Will post some photos tonight if I find my wire.

Its been about 3 weeks since I posted here on my blog, and the time has flown by. Alot has happened. I have finally opened my shop with my mum last Friday so everything has been so hectic but very exciting. Finally, after deciding with my mum that we wanted to open a shop in May, to going to our first bank appointment at the beginning of June, all the waiting with the solicitors and the waiting for the keys - we finally have it.  It has definitely paid off. The other night I had to make some quick orders for more stock as we were running low. I took the week off work last week, but I'm back at my office job. Luckily I finished at mid day today though, so I've been at the shop all afternoon taking photos of stock ready for the website.
I've had quite a few emails asking when any items will be available on the website, and it should be very soon. I have finished coding the website, so just need to finish taking stock photos. I can't wait to get the website fully functioning.
Hope everyone has had a lovely week and is looking forward to the weekend.
