New in: Topshop Perspex pointed metallic shoes

TOPSHOP PERSPEX POINTED SHOES - £28
I got these perspex shoes from Topshop last week although I need to exchange them. I ordered them in a size up because I hate when ordering online and things come not fitting. Unfortunately I managed to order them in 2 sizes up and they are way too big.
They do them in a couple of colours but I thought the nude back ones would go with so many more outfits as the other colours were bright corals. They are also so comfy. You'd think that the clear perspex would be sharp but it actually moulds to your feet. I can't wait to the other size arrives to wear them.

Update: Smokey brown eyes look

 

It feels like forever since I've wrote a post. I haven't even been that busy. I spent a couple of days in Newcastle this week for work, which has made me exhausted. And this weekend I just went out last night and spent all day today catching up on TV and relaxing. Just finished my sunday roast so going to watch some youtube videos, read some blogs and watch 90210. 

I really liked my makeup I wore last night. I wore more eyeliner than I normally do and even wore it in my water line. I use to think that it made my eyes seem even smaller than they already are, but I think it really emphasises my eyes. Think I will try it more often. I used a eye liner from Sleek and it only transferred on my lower lid a tiny bit. I thought it would transfer completely. So that's pretty good considering I got home at 4am this morning. I also tried darker shades on my eyes. I usually go for the light neutrals but this time went for the darker shades and really layered the colours up. Don't think you can clearly see in the picture as it is pretty bright. On my lips I had MAC hue with a Revlon lipgloss over the top. I'm browsing on the MAC website at the moment. Think I want to get a lipstick in 'kinda sexy' which they describe as a neutral pinky-rose. Although it is out of stock at the moment. Always happens. Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend. Oh.. and thank you for all the comments on my last post with the Zara handbag! I've never had so many views/commentso on one post before! Seems like everyone on youtube/blog world has it but I haven't seen a single person with it since I got it. So maybe just everyone here has good taste, ey? :)

MESSENGER BAG WITH EDGING - ZARA £19.99

I've been wanting this handbag for SO long. I kept trying to find it in the stores but resulted in ordering it online. It took a week to come, but it is finally here and I love it! The colour is perfect for Spring/Summer and will basically go with anything. The hardware is Rose Gold and the texture feels so much more expensive than what it actually was. I'm now moving everything over from my old handbag - which I always love doing. Makes me feel really organised. 

I got loads of parcels today including some goodies from Topshop, which I will show you tomorrow morning.

New in: Primark Mint jeans

JEANS IN PEPPARMINT - PRIMARK £11

Today I have literally sat at my macbook sourcing materials for some projects I am going to start. These are all going to be on my Online shop. I'm actually really exciting to get doing them. One of the things is candles, which I have basically mixed the scents together to create something I love. Hopefully they'll turn out well.
I picked up these jeans in Primark yesterday. I love the colour. They describe them as peppermint. Can't wait to wear them with a simple knitted top. I would have worn them today, but I was having a fat day. That meant I wore my H&M oversized knitted jumper and my black skinny jeans. Tomorrow I'm planning a kind of detox. Not a proper detox, but I am basically not going to eat any treats for a week. I really want to get into healthy eating and excerising to get into the shape I want to be, but It will never happen if I don't start now. Not quite now, I have just had a sunday roast. So tomorrow I'm going to be topping up on the water. I really need to invest in a cross trainer. Keep eyeing some up on Amazon, but then I think I could buy so much makeup/clothes instead and it goes out the window. I really need to get some inspiration, so going to have a search for some blogs. That usually helps.
Right, better get finishing making some orders online. Then it is off to watch TOWIE. I don't plan on going to bed early tonight, I really don't want my Monday morning to come round as quickly as it usually does. One day I hope I don't have to say that.

I managed to get my boyfriend to take me shopping today. Had a lot of things I was after for the house, but only managed to get this lamp, two pleated shades, a peg bag and a curtain rail. Not so fun. But I do adore the trophy lamp and lamp shades. I'm having one shade in my office and the other in my bedroom. Currently I have some kind of space looking spot light mechanism in my office. So I'm glad I got these.

I'm now after some curtains for my office, but may have to do some DIY to get the perfect ones. Might do a post on that too, if anyone is interested.

I've spend tonight watching the Voice (which was amazing) and Britains got Talent, and now I am jotting things down in my new notebook I got from Paperchase 1/2 price. Got lots of exciting things going on my website shortly, so will be doing a complete re stock.

New in: Topshop Vectras & Primark Chunky necklace

I haven't ready had a chance to blog these last few days, as I have been nursing my new puppy Dave. He's a bit of a hand full. At the moment he is curled up in a ball next to me asleep. Just 2 minutes ago he was going crazy trying to get to my Macbook charger. He is trying to chew everything.
Well I finally managed to get some Topshop studded vectras. I've been meaning to get them for a while but my local Topshops didn't have them. I got them in the nude colour as although I love he black pair too, I think they will be more versatile for Spring/Summer. I wore them out the other day, but they rubbed like anything. Hopefully I can wear them in well.
The necklace is from Primark. I really like all the chunky jewellery at the moment, and I'm currently making designs for my my website, which I am re stocking soon. Got lots of events coming up shortly.
Finally it is nearly Friday. Well the week has gone quick, as it as a 4 day week. Last week I had a 3 days week as I took my Birthday off. I'm currently on a Birthday downer. I've got lots of Birthday money still left though.

New puppy!!!

 

Out of the blue yesterday I went looking for a puppy. I searched the internet like crazy, and thank god I knew which breed I was looking for as there are so many cute dogs. It wasn't so much out the blue though, as me and my boyfriend have been looking for a friend for my dog, Toby for a while. I feel like he needs a little friend. This friend wont be so little. But he's such a cutey. I'm saying this while he is snoring his little head off. We've named him Dave and he is a Staffordshire bull terrier. I've grew up with staffys so I really wanted one for Toby to play with. We got home really late last night after fetching him and then spent another 3 hours trying to get him to approach Toby. This is because Toby sleeps upstairs as he is too scared to sleep downstairs. Me being a softy could not let Dave sleep alone so they slept upstairs. So as you can imagine the whole night they were chasing each other and play fighting so I can next to no sleep. Now after a long day at work I think I'm going to have to get some sleep early tonight. Although, the quicker I go to sleep, the quicker work will come around tomorrow. But, it's Wednesday tomorrow already!

New video: Recent purchases

A bit scary, but I have done my first youtube video! I been thinking of doing them for a while, and when I got my Canon 600d and had a better video quality I decided I would. A few months down the line and I have finally managed to do it. I already have a dislike. It's so crazy that you can just put yourself out to the world. I would really appreciate it if you would let me know what you think. I have already filmed a video on how I store my makeup, and I think I will do some more interior videos. Just like my blog. Again let me know what you think. If anyone else makes videos, please leave me your links. I'm trying to keep my confidence to keep doing more. So would love to see everyone elses. Also, I've really struggled to keep good quality. Well.. I haven't kept the quality. It's pretty bad. My other video I filmed is better quality. Think it was the way that I imported it into iMovie, think i better use Final cut pro next time. Oh.. and youtube won't let me change the thumbnail of the video. I look AWFUL! Well I hate how I look in the video anyways, but it chose that frame. Hopefully youtube will play nicely soon.

On another note, I got a new puppy last night. I woke up yesterday never thinking that the next time I go to bed I would have another dog running round the house. It's a Staffordshire bull terrier. I've grown up with staffys so couldn't wait to get one to play along with my Bichon, Toby. I will post later tonight after I have finished playing with him.

I'm about to start uploading a video on my youtube channel on some purchases that I made on my birthday, but I also went shopping yesterday so I thought I'd show the extra bits here on my blog. This shirt caught me instantly. I'm trying to get some pieces which I don't have anything like in my wardrobe. The studded detail just won me over, and it fit perfectly. The material isn't the typical sheer blouse feeling it has quite a silk appearance. Definitely something I can dress up or done throughout Spring. I was hoping to get this handbag while I was in Zara, but out of the store in Meadow hall and the store in my local city they didn't have it. I'm desperate for a new bag, and can't find anything which comes near to it. Think I will just order it online, and grow some patience.

Barry M Pastel Nail Paints

 

 Now that the weather has gone back down hill (it's been snowing in Scotland), I really need to keep my nails looking summery. These are my favourite pastel colours from Barry M (Peach Melba, Strawberry ice cream & blue moon). With a good top coat, these stay pretty well on my nails and would look great with a tan. Really want to get some pastel shades from Essie. Might have to make an online purchase, as they look so pretty. Anyone have any favourites.

Feel like I haven't blogged for a while. It's my birthday on Thursday. Really excited, like a kid. Going to spend the day shopping. And it is payday. So pretty perfect day. Hopeing to get Flowerbomb and Chanel tan de Chanel. Kinda, sent my boyfriend the links. Fingers crossed.

I've also been thinking about making Youtube videos. I was going to do this a while ago, but now we've got the light nights back I've got plently time to film. Might do my first at the weekend showing if I buy anything nice on Thursday. But still not sure, let me know what you think.
