My desk space

I'm finally happy with my desk space. I try to keep to a theme. I love white walls (and if you have been to my house you would pick that up pretty easy).

Giveaway

I've just reached 500 GFC Followers this week, so I thought I would do a Giveaway as a little thank you. I was a little un-sure on what to give away...

Stella

I previously mentioned in this post that I purchased 'Stella by Stella McCartney' in a box set in the Boots sale. I've been meaning to get this perfume ever since I smelt it - which I think could possibly be a good few years ago now...

New in: Newlook wedge boots

I've been wanting to purchase these boots from Newlook but since going back to my local store to purchase them they have only had size 6's which my big feet will not squeeze into. Whilst having a look for them I saw these wedge style boots.

Review: Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish

I finally brought the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish. I really don't know what has took me so long. With so many amazing reviews on the product I really wanted to try it myself. This is also my first Liz Earle product.

New in: Sleek Brow Kit in Dark

I've seen numerous reviews and comments about the HD Brows Palette. I haven't subscribe to any Beauty Boxes so wasn't able to recieve one. After seeing Sleek release this I knew it was something to try out. So far I love it. I use to fill in my brows with a Rimmel Pencil in Hazel and then set them with a matte brown shadow. I find my eye brows a major part in my beauty regime. After plucking most my eye brows off years ago I've learnt the shape which I hope suits my face the best. This little kit is perfect to shape them. I have some parts which need filling in and generally shaping. I have pretty dark hair and my brows are even darker so I was a bit hesitant that the kit wouldn't be dark enough but it is perfect. The mini brushes are a perfect little extra. I usually don't use the brushes which come in sets but I was suprised by them. Both shades are pigmented but not too pigmented so you don't have to be too accurate with the application.
I haven't had to re apply throughout the day yet which is always a bonus. I use to worry that part of my eyebrows or one of them would rub away making me look odd. But this hasn't happened as of yet. I haven't been able to picture my brows using this product yet but I used it in the above picture. Soz picture isn't great taken on my iPhone with no lighting. I'll add pictures the weekend.

Wants: H&M Winter Home

I've been currently looking for cute Christmas decorations and anything to decorate my house. Stumbled onto the H&M website at their home section. If I hadn't of read so many bad comments on how long H&M take to deliver I would have purchased lots but I don't want to order anything I need before the next year. Hopefully they will change this sharpish. But if anyone has seen a similar stocking like the one above, please let me know. And the Christmas tree mat would have been perfect but don't want to risk the postage?!

Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel and Lip Tint

Snow Fairy is my all time favourite Lush scent. I've been through a few bottles and always stock up at Christmas. I purchased a mini one to keep me going for a while before I go to my local Lush and purchase a few. I use it in the shower and also add it in my bath. It's a very girly scent. I also picked up the Lip Tint. Although it was a little disappointing. The smell is amazing and very strong but it is SO drying. I know it is a lip tint not a balm. But I have to literally melt it with my finger for a good couple of minutes then quickly apply it to my lips. It must be then a couple more minutes untill it drys my lips and settles in cracks. Makes my lips look ewww! I've paired it with a bit of vaseline or any other lip balms I have lying around. I've also tried it with my 17 Lipshine Lipstick in Beehive. Just to add a sweet scent to the lipstick. I hope it is just mine which is so dry but I really doubt it.

Models Own Nail Polish in Juicy Jules

Models Own Nail Polishes are fast becoming my favourite. I yet need to get my hands on the Beetle Juice Collection. Juicy Jules has been out of stock of my local boots for a while. I have about 5 boots in a 15 minutes radius of my house. I've finally got hold of it and have worn it ever since. The photo doesn't do it justice. It has reflects of pink, blue, green, purple running through it. Looks really pretty when the light hits. Think I may tone it down by wearing it on only one nail and see what I can pair it with. I'll let you know.
The picture is with about 3 layers of the Nail polish on. It depends how opaque you want it. My mum managed to sneakily use some and she only put a layer on and it still looked pretty. It's pretty hard wearing too. I do paperwork at work and it hasn't chipped yet. Although I'm not looking forward to trying to remove it. Think I'll have to have a search for ways of removing easily. Apparently Glitter Polishes are a pain to remove. Although, my Models Own Nail Polish in Pink Fizz is super easy to remove. Hopefully this one is the same.

Outfit: Metallic Sequin Knitwear

Jumper: Here, Jeans: Primark, Ring: Here, Bangle: Here
Wore a few new things today. In love with my metallic seuqin jumper from H&M. It's perfect to wear with a pair of jeans to jazz them up a little. The jeans are the Primark ones I posted about. They are super comfy and think I'm going to have to go back to grab some more in other colours. Also wearing the new bracelt and ring. Really likeing gold jewellery at the moment. Sorry my face isn't in the picture. Didn't have any makeup on and couldn't manage to position the camera right. It even looks like I have a sheep skin rug. But no, it's my dog having a lounge.
Just got in and now settling to catch up with the X Factor. Oh my tullisa's stylist isn't being paid much!! Brought some tree decorations today. Very excited to get a Christmas tree next weekend.

New in: Primark

Managed to get some pretty things from Primark last weekend. Firstly, the slippers are so comfy. I wanted some which kept my feet really warm and these live up to the expectation. And they're pink?! I was disappointed with the clothing there but  I think the best bits they sell you have to search for. I really didn't look very well. I got two pairs of earrings. One pair is a nude pink and the other have hanging tassells. Thought they would look nice with my hair down. I love Primark night wear. I even picked up a Onesie. A reindeer one. I was a bit forced into buying it. But it is really really comfy. The pyjama bottoms are a lovely soft material and I find they last very long even though they are so cheap! I've been trying to get myself some jeans which I actually like. These jeans remind me of a pair which Topshop stock. They are a kind of jeggings material but they are definitely jeans. I can't be doing with the stiffness of normal jeans. Just doesn't make me feel comfortable. I love the colour of them too. They aren't showing up great on camera (as I had to use a daylight spot light) but they are a medium blue. I also picked up a black pair but some reason I picked the blue pair up in a 14 when I am a 12. So I do need to exchange for a smaller size. And I was sure that I picked both pairs up in a Long leg. But got home to realise that I got them both in regular so that are ridiculously short. Hopefully my local Primark have some in stock because I love them otherwise.

New in: Lush Snow Fairy Magic Wand Bubble Bar

Got a few bits from Lush last weekend. The main reason I went in was to get the new Snow Fairy Bubble Bar wand from the Christmas collection. Snow Fairy is my all time favourite scent so when they released this I knew I wanted it. It's smells amazing! It looks so pretty too. I did wonder how it is re-usable? But it is pretty sturdy. It even has a cute bell which adds to the whole experience. I haven't had chance to use it yet (due to having a pipe leak to downstairs from the bath!). But I cant wait to see how good it is compared to the bubble bath. Hopefully it has more bubbles?! It costs £4.96 but considering that you can re use it, it makes it a whole lot more affordable. Even if I get two uses out of it that's pretty good.

The only thing I don't like with Lush products is that all the products for the bath that I do like don't leave the water too much of a great colour. When I think of a bath I think bubbles, bubbles and lots of bubbles. Every product I love the scent of either leaves the water and strange colour or just tints it. Going to have a search for some bath products which create big bubbles and also smell amazing. Let me know if you have any favourites!

I've currently got two Lush bags sitting in my bedroom. I don't keep them in the bathroom as I love the way it makes my room smell. Anyone else do this? I had a look at Lush's other Christmas products but not a lot caught my eye (or nose?). I'm not one for Cinnamon smells or anything like that. I got some Christmas candles which smell of cookie dough and gingerbread. They make me feel festive enough. Thinking of Christmas I'm off to fetch my Christmas tree next week hopefully! We've decided on a real one as they look really pretty. But honestly I think it is the living in the country side which is rubbing off on me!!

Inspired Rabito iPhone 4s Case

Got this cute iPhone case for my phone. Isn't it adorable? Ok, it may not be everyones cup of tea. But I love it. It's a bit awkward having it in my handbag. So I'll have to keep changing it to my acrylic one. The little tail pops off aswell. So it isn't as bulky. It can even stand up by leaning on the tail which is one of the reasons I got it. I've spent a few nights in bed watching some tele or catching up on something. I got it from a sellar on Ebay here. Was pretty cheap too.

New in: Topshop Chelsea Boots

Took me a while to decide which brand of Chelsea boots to get. I tried on a pair in Dorothy Perkins which were a lot cheaper as they were on other but  I didn't like the ruched detail on it as it made them look really worn already. Saw these in Topshop and new that I had to have them. They have a matte sort of finish to them which makes them look different to any others. I also wanted them to be flat as otherwise I would be too tall. I even sized up so that I can fit my fluffy winter socks in them.

New in: Ghost Perfume in Sweetheart

I managed to pick up two Ghost Perfumes yesterday in my local Superdrug. All Ghost 30ml perfumes are 2 for £26 untill midnight 12pm tonight. But, I think they have sold out online. They are orignally £23.50 each. So it's a bit of a bargain! I've recently ran out of my Ghost Sweetheart so picked another up and have another for a Christmas present. Wish they still had the Ghost Cherish in stock as that is my all time favourite. It always sells out first. Now I've added it to my Christmas List. Really want a huge bottle of it.

Ghost Cherish isn't as strong as my usual perfume which is the Pacco Rabanne Lady Million. But I like the difference. It's very floral which I love. It lasts for a long time too.

I seem to go perfume mad around Christmas. I already want to get Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb from my boyfriend. The hinting has to start NOW for him to function. haha. The bottle is so pretty and the scent is gorgeous! I smelt the newer Viktor & Rofl Perfume but it didn't like it as much.

Interior: Photo frames

I still have a pile of about 20 photo frames that need photos in them but I can just not decide what to put in them. These 3 are in my bedroom. The first one if a quote that I love 'Live what you love'. Although, looking at the photo I have just realised that the picture is wonky. :/ I may need to sort that! I also have a lot of Magazine covers printed ready for frames. I've always wanted to work for a magazine. I've seemed to collected a lot of Magazines. Recently I've sorted through them and only kept my favourite Vogue, Elle etc. Basically the glossy magazines. I think I must have about 5 years worth of Heat Magazines. Including ripped ones and half ones. I just don't know why I didn't just chuck them out once I've read them. I also have nearly every Gossip magazine along with them. Just don't know why I have bothered wasting so much space. I now have a small/medium collection of Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and some of my favourite Glamour and Cosmopolitan ones. Does anyone else seem to do this? Glad I've started to change.
My bedroom is near complete. I've put this chair on my Christmas list. Think it will match perfectly with everything. And then I just need a new bed. Thinking of getting a Super King Size one. Then filling it with tons and tons of cushions. My boyfriend wouldn't like this idea though. Think he's pretty nice to let me conquer the decisions of the decoration of the house. Think he is more bothered about the PS3 and how many games he can get his hands on.
I think he is quite amazed that I don't want a white Christmas tree. Most the furniture in the house is white apart from the wooden table in the kitchen and the black sofa. I just like the sleek and clean look. And then I can add accents of colour.

New in: Primark Homeware

The homeware section in Primark suprisingly has some pretty nice stuff. I got two towels which match perfectly with how I am decorating my bathroom. They were just £3.50 each and are such good quality. I also picked up a few candles. Can never get enough of them. I love the Vanilla Snow ones. They look so cute too. Was happy to find the glitter tea lights. I'm having a bit of a glitter moment. Everything has it on. They will look really pretty when I get some christmas decorations. The candle in the tin was reduced to £1 and smells amazing. A mix between sugar and vanilla, if there is such a thing. Worth having a look around if you haven't already.

New in: Clothing H&M Topshop

Thought I'd get showing you what I purchased yesterday. Was going to include it all in one post but then realised how many stuff there was so I'm going to do it in sections. First up in Knitwear, top and dress. Spent quite a bit in H&M, more than usual. Everything seemed to pop out at me.
1. I originally saw the dress in black but they only had it in XS not in S so I opted for the nude/mink colour. I also went a size up after seeing the length of it. I've just tried it on and it's perfect. It's not too long and not too short. Would go perfectly paired with my new jacket. £24.99
2. I really wanted a metallic jumper. The high street are full of them recently. This one has gold running through it and pretty sequins although I think it isn't too over the top. Would look perfect paired with some jeans. It was just £14.99.
3. I had to get this jumper after lusting at this Topshop one for a while. I posted it in a wish list a while ago. But this one had the same bow detailing t the back, and colour but was a cheaper price at just £19.99. Think it will be perfect for the Christmas season, which I'm getting super excited about! Just like a kid!
4. I picked up just a basic grey baggy jumper from H&M Basics. It's really soft and can easily pair it with leggings or jeans and layer it up. £14.99
5. I love how simple this top is. Think I can dress it up for work and make is casual. Love the gold detailing of the zip on the back. £14.99
6. I've been after a chunky knit cardigan for a while now. In the shop it looked grey. But when I got it home it was brown. I got really confused how this happened and just decided that I picked the wrong one up. But now looking at the pictures I took it does look grey. I'm not sure about it. The colour is confusing but I'm sure I will find something to wear it with. £19.99
7. Finally, I got this thin knit jumper from Topshop. It was about £28 which I thought was pretty reasonable. I love the colour. It is a mauve shade. Inside it purple so that reflects through.

I also picked up a few jeans, leggings and trousers which I'll post later in the week of me wearing them. Think it is easier to take a picture wearing them otherwise you can't really see.
Isn't Christmas coming upon us so quickly? It was so busy yesterday. I didn't even attempt queuing up in Newlook and Primark was pretty much a joke at queuing up although after a while it soon went down. So I'm glad I didn't walk away.
